I was fully prepared for tears to flow reading The Start of Me and You but Im glad it turned out to be more of a cute read than sad. I enjoyed her debut, Open Road Summer and after reading The Start of Me and You, Im in love with her stories. It is Matt Finch, who joins the tour to pose as Lilah's boyfriend, who figures out Reagan is like him in many ways. Emery Lord and her contemporaries always receive lots of love and its more than obvious why. With twists and turns I couldn’t put it down. What I liked about Reagan is that she is hard core and has a brittle front that puts most people off. This is the first book I read of Emery Lord but by far one the best books I have read. Reagan O'Neill is a bad girl who has just been cheated on by her loser boyfriend so she decides to follow her best friend and singer Lilah Montgomery across the country.
